I have an extra queen bed and a twin size futon in the bonus room up for grabs and plenty of land if anyone feels like roughing it.....be tropical compared to balsam knob.

Sarah (@FJ Junkie ) and I would like to come to this if we can grab a bed for the night (probably even if we can't). Our house is getting a ton of work, so we won't be able to actually cook anything...you'll all have to settle for store bought or take out! Our attendance is also dependent on if the flooring guys plan on working Saturday or Sunday.

Great to hear John! Hope it works out for you and Sarah to join us! As far as I know, no one has claimed the queen bed at our hosts home... @ceby? Store bought items will be fine! Maybe bring a dessert then?

We won't know for sure until the flooring guys leave for the day on Saturday. Wouldn't make sense to come down if they don't leave until evening (unless y'all are planning a laaaaaate night). Depends on what they accomplish by then and finding a natural stopping point before the next task. They won't be here on Sunday, though, so that's a plus. I'll keep this thread posted.

Got a message from Mark Vejnar @mechanist this morning that they were not able to join us last night as they had a baby Friday night! What a great gift! Congrats and we look forward to seeing you and the expanded family in the next year!

I'd like to give a long overdue thanks for including Sarah and me in this great party. We had a blast meeting some new folks (tho not all of you) and reconnecting with those we already knew. Sarah got a great dirty santa gift that she left behind but she's looking forward to seeing it again one day!

I've been a member for 6 months or so now, but due to my work schedule I have not been able to make it to any of the events. I will be in town for the Christmas party, and would like to ride up there. I would be brining my wife and two young daughters if that's OK.
