Would anyone suggest a good auto upholstery shop in the area.
I've heard decent thing of elkins in fairfax.
I'm looking to have a new OE toyota seat cushion installed and possible some restitching to the oe seat

coach craft in stafford the best around

they are in the book just make an appointment

In your 80 or your 40?. I'd be interested in the results for either. I am in the process (a long process) or re doing all the seats in my 40. I also plan to replace the bottom DS seat cushion in the 80 before too long.

Just looking to have a new seat cushion put in the 80 series drivers seat, and a few spots restitched. I'm running sor seat covers so looks arent the bigges thing. I get serious ass fatigue after 45 min in the cruiser.

drink more beer - you'll won't have to worry about adding more cushion to the seat :grinpimp:

See if there is an Adler & Mandel shop near you. There's one up in Rockville and they do very high caliber work. The problem is upholstery work is fairly labor intensive and meticulous if done correctly. It's not easy or for the faint of heart. A&M's store policy was to loan out free tools for those ambitious to try it themselves. Seemed to be a great way for them to acquire business.
