I realize that the majority here have not attended a TLCA event before and might not be interested, but it still could be worth sharing on the chance of developing interest.
Registration for 3 events has already opened.
With the strong interest in 40 series that this group has, the Relic Run in April might be a place to start.

- RoundUp in March, Rubithon in June and Solid Axle Summit (SAS) in August.
- SAS is already fully booked, but there is a waitlist on the chance of cancelations.
- Rubithon registration is filling up quickly.
- If you were wondering, yes I have already registered for all three events and planning on registering for more.

- The focus of the event is 40s (appreciation, use, preservation) and is held at Uhwarrie NF in NC.
- From metro Atl, it is ~300 mile drive. Personally, I dislike I85 so I utilize alternate routes (regardless what I drive ... FJ40, BJ70 or FZJ80) and accept a slower but less stressful drive. Also, I have driven my FJ40 to Texas and back for events (1000 miles each way). Many participants to the event drive their 40s from longer distances.
- I would describe the event site as a 40 acre grassy pasture with a pavilion (hot showers & indoor plumbing) where you can camp in the grass with a few sites in the woods.
- Albemarle is ~16 miles from the event site, if hotel camping is desired.
- The trails are in the NF and primarily rated green (plus there are couple deep red/black trail options that can be selected). The greens would be very similar to the Ga Traverse in difficulty
