Looks like an accessory mounting bracket from a domestic engine. Not a vintage Toyota.

Thanks for the reply. When my son bought his fj40 it came with a bunch of parts in boxes with no idea where they went. It also had a vintage air system that had a lot of parts with it. This bracket may go with that. Thanks again.
