Why would you do that? The 80 series birfields are one of the best things about the axle!?

30 spline Bobby Longs and mini truck parts are cheap. Front range built his housing.

AFAIK, Bobby's birf inners are 35 spline, so they wouldn't work unless you rebroach the 30 spline LC center. Or, I guess you could have him neck down the shafts to 30 spline, but why?

LC , we've been over this . If I had know bout the LC arb that was rebroachable I would of done that on mine. I am thinking of getting bobbies stuff and the appropriate locker to run that exact set up. The inners I have now are necked down to 30 spline but Poly had the axle made at the max. dia for 30 spline where as the toyota inners are the minor dia. of the splines. It is a pretty significant diff.
