I think that these would look pretty amazing on a white LC. Someone needs to try it.

Very cool!

Should be able to replicate or maybe there is a connectEd Mud member that could acquire the actual stripe from Middle East parts sources?!

The demise of the Land Cruiser name in the US makes this Model super desirable!

I would like to figure out how to get OEM from ME parts. I would put that on my ride.

Toyota does make OEM stripes for the 200 but they look different. Those ones on that black 200 are just locally added by the Toyota dealer in UAE so don't think they would have a Toyota P/N like the OEM decals.

I reckon someone could easily reproduce those specific ones in the US.

Its actually too much for a daily driver, but I feel like those would look really good with my wheels. Complete retro look.

DNH, if you like the ME stripes but think this is too much for a daily (even us Arab’s don’t like this exact stripe) there are so many better looking (and still factory) side stripe options. I can get some photos for you.

I'm very interested in the retro stripes, I think they would look great on a white truck, like I have. I figure they are not permanent, and if I put them on and don't like them eventually, they should be removable.

Yes we prefer them specifically on white cruisers. Culturally, we choose certain stripes for certain color trucks/wheel combinations. I’ll try to make a post later

Yes, please let us know if the yellow/orange/red stripe set is available. Not sure how I'd make sure they are applied straight, but I do have a nice survey-grade laser level.

There is another member here that did the old school Toyota colors, same location:

That is @ethernectar. I love how his turned out, but I kinda feel like it's his unique design, and didn't want to copy it.

These are not mine, But whenever I traveled to Qatar, saw a lot of white LC with the stripes on. Not much of usual thing here in UAE.

My thoughts exactly. I hadn't seen it before driving by his rig parked in Silverton and couldn't believe how good it looked, and how original. Mine is white, but I couldn't stand to copy that.

There’s a company that makes magnetic graphics/panel protection for the 4Runner. I wonder what kind of demand they need to see before they’d make magnetic retro pinstripes for a 200. You cloud slap them on when you’re feeling saucy and take them off when you got tired of it.
