I recently bought a 1995 KZJ78 Prado.
Meant to make that longer, but I live in Atlanta Ga. It's got 120,000 miles and is pretty stock other than aftermarket stereo.

New to me dream LandCruiser. 😁 1998 GCC spec FZJ75. Needs some TLC, but everything I expected and love it after less than a week.

I have a 60 (for over 25years), and an LX470. Sold my 40 a couple years ago. 😢. But this gives me the joy of 40 driving, with the awesomeness of slightly more modern stuff.

New to the forums and new (to me) Land Cruiser.
1996 HZJ75 Troop Carrier
I bought it in Vancouver, BC, in February 2025 and imported it to Seattle, WA state myself, got the US registration and title in hand now!
It's certainly got its quirks and unique features from previous owners. An unknown owner in UAE swapped it to a LHD using a BJ73 LHD dashboard, the same owner also swapped the front clip with a newer (post 2007 I think?) 70 series front clip. I've got enough projects ahead of me, but it's still running great!

Looking forward to contributing to and learning from the community!

My new 1994 KZJ78 ZX with a 1KZ-TE 3.0 Turbo Diesel 193KM on the clock. Dobinson Lift and JPM front and rear bumpers. Rust free, well maintained and a lot of nice upgrades. OEM steel wheels going on next.

Just picked up this 1985 BJ73 with what I believe is the Diesel42 turbo set up. It's got some crust on the body and could use some cosmetics, but it's solid.

I feel like it should be faster with the turbo.....my boost gauge never gets past 8psi and pyro I don't think is working....never gets above 2000. Any suggestions on making sure the fuel/timing/wastegate are set up optimally?

Nice ride! I'm not sure about what adjustments you can do but I saw a significant increase in power and performance when I had my fuel system cleaned and changed the fuel filter.
