Not so long story short. I purchased this for my dad. The red is rare, and he and I have always been Toyota guys.
When I was 8 years old, we went to a Toyota dealership together to buy a T100. It was the first car he had ever bought new. We picked everything out. And the color he picked was a deep red. I remember being in the dealership with him admiring the land cruisers, I suppose it was a 100 series at the time. We both stared, he talked about how amazing they were, and I decided in that moment... if I ever get enough money, I’m buying one of these.
He currently drives an LX570. I saw the perfect color combo for him pop up (Brandywine + Terra) and I jumped on it knowing he would want it.
He loved it. And still does. The problem is my mom isn’t a fan. And they are getting older and getting in and out of it just isn’t easy compared to the LX570 on air.
So. I have to sell it, but this one isn’t like the rest, it’s special. So I hope it goes to someone that will appreciate its Brandywine beauty as much as me!
I just put brand new Toyo AT2’s on it last week. It’s ready to roll!!!
