warn winch

Hi all Would anyone be able to identify this old warn winch please? It has 6301 and 38231 stamped into it but I can find no models that relate to these numbers so assume they are serial numbers. Many thanks in advance.

The protective cap for the control plug on my Warn 12k winch deteriorated years ago. I've been concerned about water entry and finally decided to find a covering for the exposed plug. This is a vinyl cap from McMaster Carr. Fit is snug so it'll stay on and I went with red for visibility.
