Two unrelated questions

How to differentiate between oem springs? As I'm aware my spec of car came with the option of 8 different springs from the factory.(part number location? Color identification?)

How much coolant can the heater/piping hold? (GCC spec without rear heater)

For the springs, depending on the year, you should have at least two different spring options per side.

For instance, on a 2001 you have yellow/purple or green/green for the right rears and yellow/brown or green/pink for the left rears.

The yellows were the shorter springs and the greens were taller springs.

Gimme the year of your truck and I can dig some part numbers and the associated spring heights.

As far as coolant, I just replaced the radiator on the LX and it was around 16.2 quarts as per the manual, and IIRC it was maybe a half a quart less if you don't have the rear heat.

Mine is a 2001 GCC Spec with the 1FZ, When I checked I had 4 choices for each side. Where is the color on the springs?
I bypassed my heater completely so i was curious as to how much it holds.

On a 2001 GCC spec truck STD packane with 5-speed, you have (4) spring sizes per side ranging from 454.5mm - 489.0mm.

I would guess diffferent springs for different trim/accerssory/towing packages I guess

This is my rear spring, 98 LX in US with a green mark. It's two down from the top, but in line with the end tab on the bottom.
