She is just dandy I drove home 30 miles straight as an arrow at 70 MPH. I bent a front axle on my last FJ40 at less height with not as bad of landing.


Stock suspension with 3 inch dumbass shackles
Stock 1972 blown out shocks
33 inch tires
Chevy V8 283
Toyota 4 speed trans

Dad bought it in 1978 and drove it over 12 times all the way to mulege baja with my mom.

2017 Turf-n-Surf will be Veterans day weekend again, November 10-12.
Look for a new thread soon as well as Facebook event page.

Not that I'm aware of, but I got more positive feedback on it being moved to Veterans day than against it.
