Hey Paul, I have had both. My experience is the BFG Muds will last longer especially on the road. The TSLs will wear quicker but will be bullet proof off road and in the snow. I am not sure how many miles you are putting on, but since we both drive the same roads I will say the TSLs on the cruiser now have worn fast, but I plan on replacing with the same only larger.

Hi All:

I have run BFG MTs on two rigs, and think they are good tires.

But, for off-road use, especially in the mud, the TSLs are the clear choice.

The TSLs are loud on the highway, hard to balance, and won't last as long as the BFG MTs.

So, if you drive the rig a lot on the street/highway go with the BFGs, but if it is mainly a trail rig go with the 'Swampers.

Regards,

Alan
