So my wife surprised me with the Gobi Stealth rack for my 200 that was for sale on the forum. It is really nice but some how I lost the wind deflector like an idiot during the install process. It might of got tossed out with all of the packaging, not sure where it went. It was ok because I'll just order another thru Gobi. Well its been over 2 1/2 months now and no wind deflector. I've tried calling Gobi a half a dozen times, Trail duty the same, emailing, no luck. The guy from Trail Duty promised to call me back everytime. Not once did he. The woman from Gobi finally answered after a month of leaving messages and took my order. Super. I was happy and decided to forget about my past dealings. So a month goes by, no wind deflector. Now I'm back to square one. No answer at Gobi, no return call. Nothing.
I would greatly appreciate anyone that could measure there Gobi wind deflector so I can compare it to a Thule or Yakima one. If they are the same size I will just buy one of them.
thanks
mike

They are terrible at Customer service. I ordered a ladder on line and took them a week to get back with me. They promised 3-4 weeks and it was 11. They did not return any of my calls or e-mails, the ladder just showed up one day

I don't have a Gobi Rack, Mine is a Gamiviti and came with a wind fairing. He might be able to sell you one, not sure how it compares to the Gobi though

Seems like there are a ton of vendors recently with ZERO communication... :(

To be honest, I gave up on waiting for them to call me back and just showed up in person to get my ladder. I ordered it in person, and they said they’d call in 3 weeks when it was built. Never heard from them, so I showed up 4 weeks later and they said it was ready and installed it for free and sent me on my way. Not great on communication, but the quality is great and the price was fair.
