Any experience with CarLinkLife with LX570? (1 Viewer)

I saw the recent conversation around the CarLinkLife product for the GX460 and wanted to see if any LX folks have any personal experience?

I've got a 2011 LX and looking to get CarPlay and would be interested in an upgraded screen if it can retain all factory menu functions.

I'm not sure how much I trust it based off the description alone. 08-11 have different headunit wiring than 13-15 so not sure how theirs can fit all of them. Grom vline has two different units for those years and Hamilton only does 13-15 of that year range. Not sure... price on that unit isn't very tasty either.

I've had really good luck with grom in my 08. I know there are people with some bad luck but mine has had very few quirks, none of which couldn't be fixed with a reboot. And at 2/3 the cost with none of the typical chinese android issues, that's just my .02.

Though I'll let other people be guinea pigs with their money before I do.

Thanks for the perspective - it seems like CLL did the work to get the GX kit ready for primetime for the US market. There is no evidence at the moment that they have done the same work for the LX kits. I'll reach out to them to see what info I can get.
