Trouble code p0607 and p0138 (2 Viewers)

Anybody have experience with either of these codes. Seems to be o2 sensor and ECU related, but just looking for advice or experience. I have a 2008 landcruiser. I took it out today and played in the snow. I’m wondering if I knock the sensor or caused some damage to the connector driving through the big snow drifts. I appreciate your feedback. Thanks
 
Might be just 02 sensor going causing 0607 see here.

How old is battery? Sometimes lower voltage can create weird things.

Reviving an old thread as I’m experiencing the same thing.

2013 LX with 93k miles.

Driving through some wet slushy snow, the P0607 code came on. I’m running a ScanGauge II so I was able to reset it while driving. After about a half hour, it came back. Drove it home and parked it for the night. This morning I reset it and it stayed off. While driving 6 miles to work, it came back. This time both P0607 and P0138. I parked inside the shop so I could work on the platform and let it dry out. Once dry, I rolled underneath and couldn’t see any obvious issues with the o2 sensors or their connections. The LX is parked in my garage now and the lights are currently off but I assume they will be back.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? And which sensor is Bank 1 Sensor 2? I might as well order one during the Toyota Black Friday 25% off sale.

This is the exact same issue that I have had now 2 years in a row. NorMolly right after a wet, heavy deep snow. Mine norMolly takes multiple tries of clearing and it coming back on before it goes off completely. I currently have no skids underneath so I’m wondering if that contributes to it not being protected, just a guess on my part. I am putting skids on before the winter is done and see if it helps. Good luck and let me know if you find anything out. I did replace my O2 sensor thinking that would help and it really didn’t because it came on last March after a heavy wet snow. Once I got the codes to clear and stay off, I drove it through a car wash multiple times to see if the underbody spray would simulate it, but it didn’t, it never came back on. I’m wondering if the extreme difference in cold and very wet snow hitting the o2 sensor is a factor?
 
Which sensor did you replace? While looking underneath, I could easily locate 4, left forward, left aft, right forward, and right aft. A quick internet search lead me to believe code p0138 is for the left aft sensor but that’s more of a guess on my part.
 
Replaced the bank 1 sensor 2 (driver side aft) with a Denso 234-4260 and so far so good. The truck side connector looked good with no signs of water intrusion or corrosion. I put some Dow Corning 4 compound in the connector at reassembly. We will see how it goes the next time I'm driving in the wet snow.
