Thinking of either selling or parting out my 79 troopy project. It is almost back together, from taking it apart to restore it. Body work is complete minus the doors. I'll post some pictures. So sell it to someone to finish , or part it out?

This is the tech section. Suggest you advertise in the Classified... GLWS

Hi all,

Four years?!? That is nothing! :grinpimp:

Get busy man! :D We expect pics within two weeks!! :hillbilly:

Good luck!

Alan

Speaking as someone whose given away an amazing amount of non-US stuff after sitting on it for months, I can tell you that most Troopy parts are not worth much in America because the market is too small. Decent complete troopies, however, are worth good money.

I'm not advertising! I asked others for advice. If I should finish the project or part it out? The cruiser has been apart for four years

Peter

What's your location? This question will not get thoughtful answers until you post ome pics and we can assess what you are deling with. If you are questioning yourself finishing it, then perhaps we can coach you through the rough patch. If you've followed this forum for long, you should realize that multi year projects are the norm. Good luck!

Post up a pic and some details and we can start negotiating a price. I'd love to have a Troopy :D

My project is going on 8 years now.. Because I've owned it 8 years. If you love the thing, keep after it. If not, sell it to someone who will love it!
