O I'm looking to invest in some 39.5" irok radials in a couple months and wanted to see some pics of trimming you guys have done to fit the bigger rubbers!

FYI, I chopped the C and D pillars, Caged around the front seats, and just finished shooting the whole truck in gray Al's liner. Here's the rear high clearanced:
Not to hijack. But Dafun1, do you have any more pictures of the whole truck? I like your idea to keep the headlamps and maximize clearance.
Back to the OP. this is my truck when it had about 6.5" lift and 37's. This is the trimming I did. In the front I am very confident I could have cleared 40's. In the rear, longer LCAs help keep the tire out of the door, but then you may run into the gas filler neck. Like dafun1 said, back spacing and wheel width can make a big difference.

Nice, I was reading your thread a week ago or so, I don't want a huge amount of up travel, I have mostly down, I'm running about a 7" lift, and have about 5" up in the front and 3" up in the rear, I dont really want to completely cut out my fender wells
Here's some night time shots for you Trauma (sorry to thread jack...):
It is actually my DD! I get in from the side and just slide in Dukes of Hazard style. I went with a body cage design that is as supportive of the A and B pillars as I could get along with a good amount of triangulation. It is only 1.5" HREW, so I over compensated a little. There are no bends either, only cuts and welds. I thread jacked again... Sorry
