Triangle Meeting-URE Work Weekend-September 12 in URE

This weekend will be a work weekend at URE, we will be meeting with Terry Savery with the NFS to learn about and be trained on erosion control measures/repairs and tail ditch repairs, as well as general repairs to Wolf's Den Trail. Please make all efforts to attend this as the NFS will be there to train and I would like to show a large effort on ONSC's behalf to keep the trail systems open for what little trails we have left.

I will post additional information such as locations and times as I recieve it from Terry.

I have a XC meet at work that morning but will drive down for the weekend right after. We are planning on camping and hitting a trail or two Sunday, right?

I plan on being there as well. Probably won't be able to stay overnight, but will drive out there early Sat. morning and drive back in the evening.

that weekend the NFS is not available to do the training. this training is a requirement of the ONSC agreement to adopt a trail with the NFS.

Unfortunately, the me and the Mrs. have volunteered for Corks for Kids the weekend of the 12th (a UNC Children's Hospital Fund Raiser put on by the local wine merchant, win - win)
