When did the Triad group get so big? :) Now we need to work on Wilmington...

I'm trying.
I've dropped many a card around here.
Looks like we're up to 2 anyway.

I'll echo the generosity offered by Rice and Natalie, what a fantastic spot and beautiful home. As David said, great catching up with old friends, connecting faces to internet personnas, it's been too long since Regina and I have been out with the club. Now that I have our rig functional again, we can get back out for more events.

Here is my panorama, probably should have cropped it but I like that it shows how massive and beautiful the surrounding property is, so jealous...

So great to meet everyone today! I also thank you all for being so welcoming. I hope to make it out to as many events as possible with the ole girl.

Can we get an Update? How is the pup? Wishing for the best.
Thanks, he's doing much better.

He has Addison's disease (hormone and electrolyte unbalanced) and can't handle stress very well. Family over for the week plus the thunder storms set him off. Vet gave him some IV and had us double his daily meds. We just need to learn what could set him off and increase meds to prevent it.

Beutiful truck Mathew! Welcome to the fold.

And great to see all that made it out today. Thanks to rice and family for hosting us in such a great relaxed environment. Cheers till next time.

Good to hear Scott. Wishing him the best. Brodi sends zen moments his way

Natalie and I are delighted we were able to host and have a lot of thanks to deliver for all the contributions that made it happen. Clearly Jason needs a pat on the back for sharing his vision in addition to his hours of help on the landscaping project. Thanks man. But let's not forget those righteous peppers! I didn't want to be a hog and stopped myself after 3 or 4, but wow!

Advice to anyone hosting an event .... be sure to invite James. When that man says he's bringing over beer he really brings the beer! We will need to have another event soon just so we can reduce the leftover stockpile (either that or you're all going to see what Rice looks like at 250 pounds).

The EZ-up tents that everyone brought were perfect for our much needed shade, as was the table (will get that to you asap, Rob), and the corn hole (thanks Jackson).

And then there is the food. This was way better than any Tuesday night restaurant could have offered us. It was incredible and a big thanks to all the contributors! Apologies ... we did open the fridge this morning and FOUND the slaw to go with the BBQ. Sorry!

For the record Johnny DID officially make the event about 9:30 last night and his new F550 looks great. Good to see you Johnny.

Most valuable was getting together some good folk to chat, wind down, and, even if for a moment, not let other worldly problems bother us.

I did poorly with respect pictures so perhaps some others can post up more. It occurred to me (after the fact of course) that while we tend to do a great job getting pics of the rigs at our events a group shot of all the people would be a great thing to capture. Next time.

Thanks again, to everyone!
Rice & Natalie

What's left over which doesn't even include what's in the keg!

I'll be over to help with cleanup ! ;)

Didn't get many pics either, only a few en route and a few there. Seeing the Hickok stream seal of approval was priceless.

Some pre cooked poppers. Well done folks only 4 of 65 remained!

And a sunset and Casale capper to the already awesome night. Hope you made it in home safe brother and can't wait to see what you have in store for the new rig.

Heather and I would like to thank Rice and Natalie for opening their home, we had a great time. It was good to see old faces as well as so many new faces. I can only imagine what a bunch we must seem to the new folks :) I believe the total truck count was 16. My cell phone (camera) never left the car so I am without photos.

What agreat party! Food was outstanding as was the company. Oh yeah, seeing all of those trucks was splendid. Thanks Rice and Natalie.

So I haven't been on Mud in awhile but on Sat I logged on and the saw the posts for the Triad meeting. I had hopes of possibly attending last minute and meeting everyone but alas my calendar on Sunday was already too booked up. Anyhow, it looks like you guys had a good time and the field-of-cruisers pictures in gorgeous. However, I did get a chance to work on a Mud-related project this weekend, so that's got to count for something right? I'll post them in the camping section (or elsewhere). Please photo-shop my rig and trailer into the group photo and keep me in mind for any future meetings.

Thanks!

Great party , great people , great host . What else can I say that hasn't been stated ! Awesome showing for the club !

Many thanks to Rice and Natalie for hosting !!!

Sorry I was so late that I missed everyone except Rice and Jason. Looks like it was an awesome time :D

Thanks for staying up for me @Rice and @jfz80 ! I appreciate the opportunity to stretch the legs and get some tire kicking in!!

Awww man, this looks like it rocked. @Rice Sorry I couldn't make it, that location looks amazing. For that matter, so does the food.

Thanks Rice for hosting this event and being so hospitable. Everyone was so nice, I loved looking at all the cool trucks and the homebrew IPA was great. I look forward to attending another ONSC event soon and getting to know more folks in the club, this event really set the bar high, it was rad!

Can't say enough about how much I enjoy this group. The distances people will drive just to hang out for a few hours blows my mind. Rice and Natalie are wonderful host and the setting was amazing.

Wow Steve. you've got a good eye. That's my new favorite picture. Buddy I've loved seeing your family grow. Your boys are just adorable and I am looking forward to seeing them as they continue to grow and watch you experience some of the things I hold dear.

+1 for this. In the old days, read the mid to late 70's when I was involved in the Triad 4WD Club, the dedication wasn't near like this and the club was divided up into groups who didn't support each other. And the drug use was absurd! I feel at home here and welcomed and appreciate all the friends I have made and look forward to meeting more in the near future. A real family oriented group!
