hey guys.. i recently wrangled the 100 away from the wife, although i had to provide her with an audi in order to do so.. i just put bilsteins and 285/75s on the 100 and i have a set of "TRD Off-Road" stickers i was going to put on an 87 4runner i had. but anyway my question is this..

is it corny to put TRD stickers on a 100?

OK go get a TRD air filter then put on the sticker

I think the Billies are TRD, get an exhaust and the air filter and the decals are justified!

ya, if you get the Borla exhaust, thats basicly the TRD. TRD used to make front brake pads if you can find it. What does Shotts have thats true TRD? hes got the stickers.

Personally, I think it leans a little to the Poser side of things. If nothing on the vehicle is TRD, why put stickers on?

Dude the TRD sticker makes it jump higher and run faster.

I personally don't think a TRD sticker is justified unless you're rolling w/ the supercharger. The Bilsteins and exhaust maaaaay qualify.

IH8MUD sticker - 10hp
Got Cruiser sticker- 5hp
ClubLexus sticker- 20hp

So my LX now has about, 265HP

I think about the only thing TRD makes for the 100 is an air filter and an oil cap. Sticker would look dumb IMHO.

The import car and Tuner crowd have a similar issue with people putting 'Type R', 'GT', 'you name it' stickers and emblems on everything from a Honda to a Pinto. They call it...

'RICE'

how you gonna go and say that the mud sticker gives less hp then the CL sticker? Its been dyno proven that the mud sticker increases peak-hp 31.2hp. CL stickers are only a weak 9.7hp at the wheels.
