Which manual transmissions will bolt up to the 3fe?

is this the only one, or is there another
H41 and H42 will also bolt on. They can use a 2F bellhousing as well. Just make sure to get a later model with the spacer on the back of the tranny or otherwise they will not bolt to your later transfer case. I am guessing you have an FJ 62? More info on your rig would help out. There are other things to consider. Is the 3fe being swapped in? Is it from a 62 or an early 80 series? The 80 series version takes a different pilot bearing.

I have an 88 fj62 3fe automatic. I am very new to toyotas, so Im sorry if if I being to vague. I guess my main question is does the manual trans have to come from a lc or do the trucks or 4runners have the same transmissions? If so are they useable?
No, the R and G series transmissions from a mini truck are not interchangeable.
The minitruck gear boxes are about 1/2 the brawn of the Land Cruiser stuff.
