So I think I need a new sensor. Part 89413-32010 now part 89413-32011. My factory part on my '99 has a straight plug all the pictures I see show the plug at 90*. I ordered a cheap knockoff part 89413-32010 and it won't work because it is one of the 90* ones. When I shop for the OEM part they show the 90* plug as well. Does anyone have any insight on this? I am scared to order from partsourq or some where then have to return it

According to parts.olathetoyota.com, 89413-32010 aka 89413-32011 does not fit a 1999 Land Cruiser. They're saying
83181-12020 is the right part. That one looks like this:

Does this look like what you need?

That is not the part. That is the transfer case speed sensor. The transmission speed sensor looks like this

Hmm, you're right... I see tons of pictures of 89413-32011 online,, and they all look like they're 90 degrees. There are some aftermarket ones that mention they are a replacement for this part #, and those are straight. Is it possible that either one would work, and you currently have an aftermarket one installed from a previous owner, and all of the OE Toyota ones are 90 degrees?

The one I currently have has Toyota printed on it. If it did a 90* towards the rear of the car I think it would work. It is just impossible for it to go forward due to the transmission ribs.

So I am confused now. I just looked up parts on this website ToyoDIY.com
and came across part 8413-60020. I thought I needed the one in the title. I got a P500 code with a dead speedo / tach / and odo. I did not realize there was multiple sensors.
