Transmission harsh shift on hard acceleration lexus 570

my car lx570 2016 middle east, acceleration is jerked from 1st to 2nd and 3rd. and 2nd to 1st. I have changed the transmission oil and updated the tsb version 895366013200 on lexus.tech.eu was published in 2017 but didn't solve anything. Anyone have any ideas to help me?

I hear they are harsh out the factory. Even the latest ones. Take to a local center and have them evaluate it.
