Hello, I have a 65 fj45, I have installed a 2H & 4spd tranny, I have modified original shifter on dash to fit 4spd transfer & it works great , what i need are ideas for a linkage to shift in & out of 4wd using a heavy cable or?. trying to keep floor area open as possible, anyone done this ?.
