Greetings all. First post and proud owner of a new to me 2011 Super White. I've had the vehicle just about two weeks and I notice what seems like excessive engine braking when taking foot off the gas. Its most noticeable at ~30mph, but I have noticed this other times. Its almost like its downshifting early? Thanks for your thoughts!
Get used to it. I've had three different Toyota trucks including my 08 LC and they all shift and feel strange while de-celerating. I spent 6mos with an 09 Taco bitching at the dealer to re-flash the ECU 4x and it never got better just different. LC downshifts suck but I wouldn't trade all the good things about the truck to fix the tranny. Sorry for the rant.....
