I could never subject my rig to that, or even an older one.
My pucker valve does not feel the need to be puckerd that high :D

My hands would slip off the steering wheel from sweat dripping off of them.

I do dig the pics and videos I have seen over the past several years though.

I'd do it in a second! If only it wasn't so far away.:frown:
You guys ever see the vid of the girl that drove over the edge?

i keep thinking of that video a few years back, of the Bronco ( i think ) rolling down backwards, and pitchig off the side.
to scary for me....i prefer mud holes and water

about a third of the way up on the right is a car over the edge ( i delieve a Honda) where four teenagers went up to the top but on the way down the brakes gave up the ghost. The driver freaked and in a move of supreme courage, bailed out the door. A free-for-all ensued but I guess one wasn't fast enough and went over with the car. Didn't make it. I haven't been back in a while, but talking to the proprietor, I understand the wreck was too difficult to extract so they were just going to leave it

Ive never heard that story. There is the 4runner that went over though.

The 4runner is still in there. The story I heard was that he got too far over while someone was passing in the opposite direction. I don't know what really happened though. Fortunately there was nobody else on it while we were shooting that video. That could get precarious depending on where the two vehicles met. Not a tire slipped going up or down (except a tiny chirp at the very bottom just before driving off). The hardest thing about driving it is trying not to get distracted by the scenic views. It's all a mental game. As long as you have a reliable vehicle it's just like driving on a big folded piece of sandpaper. It is well worth the visit for the view.
