Trail Mater recovers a rolled 100 at Moab on Hells Revenge

I came across this video of Trail Mater recovering a rolled 100 on Hells Revenge out at Moab. It is really sad to see another 100 bite the dust. Does anyone know the circumstances which caused this rig to roll in the first place? Mostly I'd be interested in whether there are any lessons learned that the rest of us could take away to possibly avoid a repeat. My heart goes out to the owner of this rig, hope they walked away ok.
