Trading the fj55 fot a 60!!

Hey Guys,

I'm trading the fj55 on a fj60, i was so supprised to feel the difference in power and comfort .

Anyway it's got pizza cutters for tyres and rims, you know, 16x6 inch chromies. Just wondering whats the biggest tyres i could put on those rims ???.

Personally, I wouldn't go wider than a 10.5" tire (tyre!)- other than that you are only limited by your lift and fenders!

With the stock suspension and no lift i had 32" tires on
16x8 aftermarket steelies. I did have to use a 1/4" spacer
though. and that was on my fj62. I think 33's would have hit
the fenders without lifting the truck

narrow 33"s might fit but I would doubt 12.5"s would....I think 9.5" wide tires look pretty decent on a stock wheel, but I would agree that 10.5 would be the max.
