Toyota or Lexus steering rack

My steering rack bushings are shot on my 2005 GX at 190,000 miles and I’m looking fir replacement. I see the v8 4Runner and GX470 both have the same part number listed (44200-35070). I know there are differences in racks on other 120 series depending on drivetrain (V8/V6/4WD/2WD).

Will this part from a v8 4Runner fit the gx?

I ask because the price difference from online sellers is about $100 more for the Lexus part.

They are exactly the same. I have a 4th gen v8 rack in my GX right now.
