So I recently got a Dobinson lift kit for my 100, new torsion bars. About two weeks after the install, I noticed the driver's side was about an inch lower than the passenger side. I took it back to my mechanic who checked it out and ended up adjusting the torsion bar to even things out. It's now been 24 hours and I noticed that the driver's side has dropped about 1/4-1/2 inch since yesterday. These are new torsion bars. Passenger side holds steady. What could be the problem? By the way, I have a 2003 Land Cruiser.

Nothing is wrong, the springs are settling in and the left front is the heaviest corner of the truck. Jack the front up and give the adjuster three full turns.

I get what you're saying, it's just that the first time it dropped nearly an inch. At this rate I need to adjust the torsion bars weekly.

If it keeps going at that rate you definitely have a problem. However it's highly likely that you don't.
