I just thought I would post some photos and screen shots for anyone considering getting the Torque app for their Android device. Let me just say it works great with my Droid X and cheapie ebay bluetooth adapter.

Installation is as easy as inserting the adapter into the port then connecting via bluetooth to the phone.
Here's a shot of the bluetooth adapter

Here it is inserted into the obd2 port in my 100

And here is the results on screen. You can set up and arrange the screens any way you like with gauges, graphs or digital readout like I have done. Here's my main screen

Here is a shot showing it reading all 4 o2 sensors along with the fuel trim.

This thing was super easy to set up and and get going. I'm really impressed with the flexibility and eases of use of the software. The best part is the price, the bluetooth adapter was $20 from Ebay and the software was 5 bux.

I love the torque app but it's only made for android:grinpimp:

I like the tourque app on my galaxy nexus. I tried cheapy ebay blutooths both the both crapped out. I ended up buying the $50 elm327 that had high ratings on amazon.com.

That is slick looking. Might have to look into that!!

I LOVE Torque. Use it all the time, Works perfect with the Droid Razr. Works great on the 10.1 Xoom Tablet too.

I've been using it for about 8 months. I got the shorter blue tooth adapter so as not to kick it with my clodhoppers. No problems with it so far.

the elm327 works great in my 80series but can be found for about half the cost on ebay as well!

I've got the same BT plugin adapter... Just curious, does everyone leave it plugged in 24/7 or just part-time?

The cheap ones have a constant power draw, although small. The one that the maker of Torque suggests(Scantool), has a sleep mode that can be enabled via torque that will put it to sleep and it draws far less current. I chose the higher end adapter and leave it hooked up constantly.

Does anyone using this app adjust the fuel trim settings based on larger than stock tire size?

Nice. It's definitely useful to be able to query that many sensors. I went ScanGauge so I could have it up at all times but I'm feeling like I want more detail... I may put a Y cable on the port and run both :)

Does the scanguage have trans temp?

BTT my question.

I would be interested in all of the settings some one used for a fairly modified rig. For example I have a Front ARB, Winch, BOIR SKIDS, Slee Sliders, BOIR Rear with Dual Carriers, Lift, Fridge.

If some one has a similar set-up, I Would love to here your settings.

in the OB2 vehicle editor area, there is a MPG trip adjustment for those who believe their MPG is off by a certain amount. this allows you to adjust for it.

wondering if this is used to adjust for larger than stock tires, as the ECU doesn't know any difference in tire size and reports inaccurate MPG to the app.
