Harbor Freight

I live 2 miles from Harbor Freight and dont mind picking up some consumables just let me know whats needed. I can stop tomorrow evening. i.e. disposable gloves, grinding wheels...

I will be helping Barb with a catering delivery to Chantilly. But I have a lot of that stuff listed! :D

Chantilly isn't that far from Tom's place, you can bring us the leftovers:D

I would gladly, except it's a drop off. Good for me, bad for you. ;)

Can't you just arrange for one large bbq pork shoulder to fall out the suicide door of the FJ?

Damn parental responsibilities! The wife is down with a flu bug, so I am tagged with maintaining the little one. Sorry, I was REALLY looking forward to getting my hands dirty today.
Well, good luck!

I arrived late (1:30pm) due to a prior commitment...but found that nearly a dozen guys were present.

The project truck exterior is stripped to bare metal and a couple of guys were working to fill pinholes and quarter-sized holes revealed by the sanding/grinding; mostly in the left-rear quarter seam.

The interior has been sanded, not to metal, but sufficient to base new paint. There's surface rust in the passenger side floor pan, but no rust through on the floors.

I'd like to thank everyone for their help on this. By the next tech day the roof should be on and we should have more room to work inside.

Thanks again

Looks like you got a lot done, glad I didn't get in the way.

I'm only SOA in the front (coils in the back) but I'll be happy to come on over as soon as I get the xfr case back in. I hope to get it put back together this weekend or next.
