Rattle can attack!

After sleeping in the back during the FG, I had enough with the brushed on, flaking, s***ty looking paint in the cargo area, especially on the sides and the D pillar. Not bad for 1 hour worth of work. 30 minutes sanding and cleaning, 15 minutes taping and masking, then 15 minutes with the rattler. Shoulda done this the first week I bought it.

Looks good John.

I spend the afternoon washing, compounding and waxing the Tundra. Wow there is a lot of surface area on that truck.

How was it sleeping in the back? Was it cold?

Looks nice, although I prefer the Ace roll-on jobs inside and out. You can paint a whole 40 inside and out for $50. Does the new paint make it more comfortable for sleeping? If so, what's the additive that makes it feel more like a mattress?

Technically it was ACE spray on. The roll-on thing was fun but takes way too long. This paint has an additive that blocks out snoring.

Chris- sleeping in the back was great. Tons of room with the seat folded down and the wife could definitely fit back there too. Was pretty warm as well. I'm going to install a urinal in it so I don't have to get up to piss at 3 am again

Cut a hole in the side and install an FJ40 filler neck backwards. :D

got my cargo panels back in. had to take all the door panels and cargo panels off and re-glue them. Bought some shiny hex-head screws to make it look a little prettier. Had to tweak the fittings for the window cranks and everything else basically. Aside from finding another ash tray and a window crank, and small speakers, they're done!:)
