That if you have a hole in your air rail the exhaust will vaporize the gasoline in your fuel line and make the LC nearly impossible to start or idle - like almost as bad as a bad coil or dizzy!

Oh ya, I forgot! If your gas gauge is bad it’ll look like it’s working, and so will the oil pressure - but when the car warms up and the temp gauge starts to climb it’ll short your fuse!
 
I think what you really learned, is getting rid of that burdensome emissions crap would improve your life.

LOL - Its just sitting there like an appendix (that now burst), plugs are on the way to take the silly thing out! Now that it made me mad I’m going to hunt and destroy anything else stupidly hacked!

Today I learned that the speedo cable quality really matters. I got an aftermarket one from SOR that bounced when I installed it, then snapped recently. I got a new one from Cruiser Parts LLC. You could feel the superiority of the OEM cable. Its housing was thicker, it screwed on to the transmission fully.
