Its that Time again The 2026 Rubithon will be held June 24-28th

Registration will open Jan 17th. at Rubithon.com

We have made some much needed changes to create a better experience for all .

**** Organized Runs will be limited to 12 Vehicles per run .
We will have multiple per day . IE : Wagon Run will have For example a 7 am group and a 9:30 group This will be the same for ALL Organised Runs . I am currently working on the Run Names and will H\have the names and contact information for the Trail Leads on the website

The organized Runs do fill up so if you are wanting to join a specific run do not wait to sign up .

This year there will be a check in tent at Loon Lake . Her you will be introduced to your Trail Leader and will let you know what Radio Channel to use for your Run. and answer any other questions you may have . You will also be given a Itinerary of the events and times for the Event .

There will be 3 Runs on Wed leaving from Loon
Lake. Staggered 2 hours apart. All will be camping at Buck island . 1 of those runs will be running old sluice . The 7:00departure run will be lead by Trail leader Nick Orsillo
The 2nd run will be departing at 9:00. And the trail leader will be Ethan Miller . ( this run will be going down old Sluice ). And the 3rd run will leave at 11:00. This run lead is TBD. Most likely lead by Scott White .

There will also be a run coming in from the Tahoma side . Leaving at 9:00 am from the Tahoma staging area .

Thursday runs will be the :
4Runner run. Leaving Loon lake at 7 :30 Trail lead will be Scott Wilson

The 2nd run will leave at 9:30 from Loon and is TBD

There will be a family run as well leaving from Tahoma time TBD

And Also the Huft Breafast run leaving Ice house Resort at 8:30

There will be a 2nd run following that name and time TBD

****We are also working on a VIP run. This will be The HUGAROC run and all Proceeds from this run will go to our very own Sue Lee Bun as she fights this next battle .

This year there will be an option to purchase breakfast as well .

2009, was that you in a black 80, with a dog, that ran out of gas on the freeway in Sac?

Plus the VIP run leaving at 0800?
Correct we had to do it for the 17th and yes the Hugaroc run is leaving at 8
 
Also There will not be a Cruisers and Company restricted run this year
 
Just a friendly reminder. Registration will be opening this Sat . The runs fill
Up so if you want a spot do not wait to long .

One day I'll see this coming and won't be doing the countdown of how many weeks I have left to put all my changes to the Cruiser together, let alone a second rig
I always hit the panic button about Feb 2 if my rigs are not ready . Its the 10,000 little things that no one ever talks about that get me . As of right now i am looking ok though

Once I received the email from TLCA that registration was open, I went to the website and completed/submitted my registration. Website ran without a hiccup for me.

Question on adding a participant to my registration. Would it be possible to make such a change?
Our youngest daughter usually joins me for events, when her schedule at the hospital permits. Her schedule is not yet available for June, so I did not include her.

Yes just send me a email at chairman@rubithon.com and I can make the changes. Just a fwiw. There will be a hard cut off for merch this year . So make any changes before May 11. We will have merchandise for sale at the springs but no guarantee on when it will sell out
