I posted a month or so ago, they were selling Gazelle Tents. For a really good sale price.
KInda wish I'd got that one. I'm not getting that link for the roof tent here in Oklahoma.

If that was 4.11's I'd be on it. Have you seen the price of air lockers lately? Jay is a good mechanic. These should be good
to go. This is fair deal to me. Best if they are both for SF, so they are swappable. Unless you have FF front and rear

I’ve not priced them out in years… last time I checked they were about 1k a piece plus install.

It got me looking… I don’t know if I’d trust these, but wow, what a price difference. Thoughts?

On closer review I see they’re made by, FRES, FRS, and/or “Off-road corporation limited”. Probably worth paying double for genuine ARB… but I’d consider it. That’s a huge price difference… or one tow bill if they failed catastrophically.

The mechanic back in the boat yard days absolutely hated Onans.

Problem was probably more due to damp salty engine rooms they sat in without running for months at a time than the actual motors...but the stream of cursing he'd let out goes through my head whenever I consider getting one.

I asked him once if working on Onans made him an onanist.

He didn't get it. I just had to sigh and walk away.

I can’t blame him… I’ve got a propane Onan generator that only has 180 hours on it. When I brought it home it only took about 15 minutes to get it running. The next time I went to fire it up it the starter solenoid is acting up. When I jumped the starter solenoid, it’ll run so long as the start button is being held down, but dies when it’s released. Less than 20 minutes running since it was last serviced and it’s acting up.
It’s likely something silly, but I’ve not had a chance to troubleshoot the problem. It shouldn’t need to be worked on so soon.
