I've searched through the forums and found quite a bit on 80s and 200s, but didn't know if TJM made a simple blade-style bumper for the 100? I saw one online on an LX that looked great and TJMs website keeps freezing on me. I like the idea of an almost OEM sized bumper that would accept lights and a winch while offering "some" protection and less added bulk than an ARB since its my daily driver for now..I apologize in advance if I missed it in the forums..

I tried looking up their products a while back but their website is awful. There isn't much information on their products that I can find (price). Too bad, they have some good looking stuff. I'm in the same boat, I want a replacement front that will accept a winch, but I don't want a bulky bumper either. I'm thinking I will either get a slee blueberry or a tube winch bumper made.

I'm not sure if you have seen the one I'm getting into production but it sounds like what your looking for.

Sharp - nice lines on that bumper. How much does it weigh?

I found the pics of the TJM I was talking about. Seems these were on a mud discussion back in 2009. I was just trying to decide if I should replace the factory bumper or get it refinished as it's pretty scraped up. Something like this seemed like a good option as being able to mount some auxiliary lighting was a major concern of mine as is a mild upgrade on protection.

That looks nice and stout! Very well thought out and functional. Is there any frame modification needed to mount it?
Yes, just the standard mods. the frame ends need to be cut off and some holes drilled. I will also be adding cut outs for lights if wanted.

TJM is virtually unsupported in the US. I wanted to go with one of their bumpers because I like the style and it was more unique than the ubiquitous ARB. After waiting the better part of a year and missing two promised ship dates I gave up.

That said, Carl has good things to say about their lockers (vs ARB). But while perhaps technically superior, I chose not to go with them simply because of their lack of support.

Ive got a contact in Oz that might be able to purchase and ship. TJM is indeed unsupported here and it's iffy to expect a US vendor to want to take the risk.

i''m on the road this week, but I'll share what I find out, we could do a group order and it save shipping costs quite a bit.

Probably worth contacting TJM USA in San Diego to gauge their ability to supply and support winch and bull bars. Hopefully their logistics has improved from previous experiences.

2 cents - I called TJM in San Diego and spoke with a Wes (the TJM rep). Wes called Summit racing (new distributor for TJM) for me and found an in bound (on a container) T13 bumper for my 200, that I purchased. You may want to try that route if you are in love with that bumper. I don't have too many good options. If I was you I'd be considering the one from Benc because it looks a like Bradley tank and possibly a panty dropper.

Thank you all for your input! I'm trying to put a list together of what my goals are with the truck and order in which they will be taken care of. Most of what has been done to my truck since purchase has been more along the lines of "base lining" it and taking care of any preventative maintenance and wear needs so I'm looking forward to start working on the fun stuff and getting to enjoy its capabilities off the pavement. Bumpers were always on the list and why the numerous scuffs and gouges on the stock covers were not a concern,(really the only damage on the truck) and having had bad luck with both wildlife and careless drivers in the past it seems only logical to get something more substantial that the stock ones while maintaining its simple smooth appearance. Having lived with the adequate at best, stock lighting for a while, the ability to add some sort of aux lighting (still debating LED or HID) is also a deciding factor. I tend to almost research things almost to a fault, so I appreciate the input and patience I've been shown on this forum!

I purchased my TJM T 13 bumper in November of last year. At the time summit was in the process of purchasing the TJM company. I think they currently own TJM. I got mine from slee, they had it in stock and shipped that day.

It is an exceptionally well engineered bumper, ranging from 1/2 to 3/16 inch steel. Here are a few pics.

I do wish they had better installation instructions, I had to redo some bolts three times to get the right ones in.

I inquired about both T3 (apparently non existent these days) and a T13 with both Slee and Metaltech several months ago. The answer was they didn't have any and had no idea when they would be in (except MT saying they would be weeks out, more or less you get to pay for it and see when their shipment shows). In the interim MT's pricing on TJM bumpers shot through the roof.

Love the look of the T13 but the whole idea of plopping $1k+ on an item that you have no idea when you may get does not seem right, considering one can get an ARB drop shipped via Amazon.
