Fun! In Michigan it would be legal to have those lights on while parked in the driveway. Those would be illegal driving around.

Thanks! I think the laws are the same here in Germany, but my car is so obnoxiously American that the Polizei haven't pulled me over... yet.

I do this every year.

Cheap wreath I found at Home Depot a few years ago, runs on 120v AC. I run a cord all the way back to the inverter, so the lights are on any time the truck is running.

Looks great! This is the first year that I've done it. My wife was in the car when I stopped at a neighbors house who was putting out the lights on his house and he asked when I was going to put lights on my car? My wife looked right at me and said, "You can do that???" I lost all control after that, haha.

What’s the path for running the cord back to the inverter? Would love to do this.

I followed the directions in the top video in this post:

Need some help figuring out how to set up wiring for roof rack lights Callie raised and others in the future. Anyone out there done that? what’s your recommendations? Thanks Pictures and or links to videos would be great! Not many videos for 200 series.
