I see that there are many posts regarding tires/wheels for the LC 100's. I am lifting with 2.5" heavy OME suspension kit and want to stay with the factory wheels. I am considering the BF Goodrich k/o 2's and wanted something like a 33" tire, but these only come in a 15" wheels size. My question is what is a tire size that would fit an 18" wheel that would be similar in size and look of 33"/10.5?
Sorry for asking pretty basic questions.
I appreciate any help.
Thanks

You need to be looking at the metric sizes. Something in the 275/70-18 size is a popular size up from stock. The first number is the tread width in centimeters. Second number is the percentage of the width that the tire is tall. Last number is the rim diameter.

Lots of threads on tire sizes and models if you use the search feature. Welcome to 'Mud.

285/65R18 ~= 32.6 x 11.2
275/70R18 ~= 33.2 x 10.8

Thanks, guys. This is great information. Just what I needed.

@KUpchu9702 - One more factor to consider is the spare - that the new tire fits in the old/factory location. The 275/70/18, as C6H1206 mentioned, is popular because it's a good jump up in size, but still fits in that factory location.

I will be using rear swing out tire carrier on off-road metal bumper. So that is not an issue.

I believe it will. That is from just eyeballing it. Not 100% sure because I went with a swing-out spare mount on the rear bumper. I don't think anything much bigger would. As far as with hitch, I guess it would depend on the hitch, though most were designed with the spare tire in mind.
