How can I confirm what is the largest tire size I can install on my '17 200 series?

Slee installed ARB front bumper, lifted the truck 2", and replaced the upper control arms.

I'm putting 18x9 Fuel D569 wheels on the truck with a +20 offset.

The truck currently has 275/70/18 tires. Ideally I'd like to use BFG K02 305/65/18. BFG doesn't make a K02 with an 18" radius in between the 275/70 and 305/65. I'm open to installing Toyo as they do offer 285 and 295...

Falken AT3Ws can be had in a 305/65/18s. That would be my choice. Personally, I would pick this tire, even if the K02s were available in the equivalent size. They were benchmarked internally during design of the Falken AT3Ws, and it was said by an engineer involved that the Falkens outperformed the K02s in key metrics.

The Toyos are a comparatively much older design.

The +20 offset will cause some more work to fit to the rear of the front tire. You might need to take the mud flap off, and potentially do some trimming. Though it can be made to fit.

I have fuel 18x9 +20 Trophy rims with stock 285/60/18 an the Toyota 2" level spacers on the front.

I still get som very minor rubbing on the fender liners at full or near full lock turns in reverse. Spent several hours at the alignment shop trying different caster setting to get them as good as they are now. With that different front bumper you might be able to shove the caster further forward and clear something larger. I will say the TOYOTA level kit didn't seem to rais mine a full 2 inches in the front, more like 1-1.5"s once everything was settled.
