When I say "rebuild" the starter, I mean the two contacts and the plunger.

Rough price estimate (since im not at work): MUD pricing: ~$650-700
Great info, this is a private sale. needs tires, needs center muffler, 60000 miles and we are at my offer of $17000 and after a lot of back and forth there price is at $17550 came from southern NY seems pretty rust free but
What you all think?

Zero (for the pre-VVTi rigs).
Zero for the later 2UZ-FEs.

Ugh.
Aside from the valid thought of replacing everything when you're in there - have we been duped into replacing the t belts? I can see the water pumps as most of them in 4.7's leak (per PowderPig).
Regardless, if you are doing a water pump it would be stupid not to do the timing belt too.
Just to reiterate: my list is a list of thing "I" would do. Im slightly more anal about "while-you-are-in-there" maintenance.
