I was wondering what others think about the bushings on my Lower Control Arms. Maybe someone with more experience can share some knowledge.

2011 Lexus GX460, w/ 110k miles. It's been a southern car most it's life (dry & hot) and I've recently have been taking it off roading. It's got Icon suspension (2-3in lift) and Icon UCA.

Let me know what yall think. I appreciate it.

They probably need to be replaced, but to be honest, its too dirty to say from the picture. But with its age, its probably due.

How does it drive? How well does the suspension cycle? Does it ride harshly or have weird rattles?

Anyone?
Maybe I should take it to a mechanic.
How does the handling feel? Is it getting sloppy and squeaky?
If you lift the front wheels off the ground, are you able to giggle the tires in place? Or are they solid.
Also, are you planning on a suspension lift, assuming you don't have one. If so do the UCA's also.

Yeah. I might just pick up a set of LCA from my local lexus dealer and some outer tir rod ends while I'm at it.

It drives well. The alignment has offset since I bought plus I thought I heard a noise a few times when taking off from a turn so that all prompted me to check underneath.

I'll have to get it on a jack and see when I have time. It does have a 2-3inch lift the previous owner did. It has Icon UCAs.

Clunking is probably kdss bushings. That much lift puts extra pressure on them. The clunk is super noticeable when parking or moving slow when turn the steering wheel from one extreme to another.
