Timbren off-road bump stop

On some rough trails, I am getting contact between my tire and top of wheel well. I have 315/70R17 with 3" nominal lift. Some have suggested that I get the Timbren off-road bump stop to limit upward travel. What are people experiences? Other options?

@DanKunz , Don't you have you Timbren stops on your GX?

I used to. I installed jounce. They should help. There are a few options for bump stops these days. Timbren, Wheeler's Super Bumps, etc.
