1 riser slip?

"As I mentioned, there is some surface rust. The car needs to be repainted at some point to preserve the value. It may not have to be the first thing that is done, but to bring it up to it's potential, it will eventually need to be painted again.
There is NO bondo on this cruiser. The floor pan was replaced from the firewall back with diamond plate. Thicker than the original metal, but can't be seen from the outside and destroying the original look.
It runs and drives well, but it hasn't been on the road for a couple of years. It needs a routine tune up and fluid changes, but it fires up quickly and runs great. No missing.
When we had the pan redone, the entire back portion of the frame was exposed, cleaned up and treated with rust inhibiting paint. That is from the firewall on back. That wasn't done on the front part of the frame, but it is in good shape. We also had some work done on the rear sill.
As far as miles, I couldn't say. The odometer isn't working. Everything is there on the instrument cluster, but not everything works as it should.
As far as price, I'm willing to move some, but I'm not going to give it away.
We put a lot of money into it when we got it and these old cruisers appreciate in value. "
The bolding is my own emphasis. I never knew diamond deck was a value adder

I wouldn't necessarily consider it so. The guy is probably never going to talk to me again but I'm going to offer 8. It looks like it still needs body and mechanical work and I am not super excited about the rear half. Any further thoughts?
