I have been looking to trade my Army Green 4Runner for a 200 series. The market is nuts right now, but I have managed to come across a reasonably priced 200 series in Brandywine. Reasonably meaning nearly $10k cheaper than comparable black, grey, and silver LCs. I know I need to move on it quickly and wondered what the general thoughts were on the Brandywine color. I’ve never seen it in person, and while I would love to do so before I purchase, it is 1000 miles away. I’ve always liked different colors, but wanted to see what most people thought about this before I made the purchase. Thanks!!

I've only seen one brandywine LC in person, and it looked incredible. It was the color that I originally wanted to purchase, but I changed my mind simply because I did not want the terra interior (I believe terra is the only interior that comes with the brandywine exterior?) I wanted black interior. Silver, white, and magnetic gray are all really fantastic colors that I considered in my search. I love how black looks, but simply didn't want the hassle that comes with it.

I eventually also narrowed down my color search to white and silver just because they would be the easiest to keep looking good / hide pinstripes and dirt.

Thanks for the reply! I was hoping someone would say that. The one I’ve found actually has the black interior, so it looks pretty sharp. But if surface corrosion on the undercarriage as it’s been in PA its whole life, but nothing major. It would be living in Colorado if I bought it, so that’s not an issue. Damn this is tempting now.

Black out all the chrome, black wheels and an A/T and I bet it would look really sweet.

I owned a Brandywine 2017 LC (with Black interior). With a good wax/sealant job it will really sparkle in the sun. It sort of color changes too. In twilight it seems sort of brown, straight on with no direct light and it seems kind of maroon (Brandywine?). It wasn't as bad on showing dirt as I expected. Way easier to care for than black, better than the dark blue colors, and of course not as easy as silver metallic. Back when I traded it in for the HE we own now I posted a pic, it sort of shows the color change depending on the light that's hitting it.

I thought the same about the Brandywine / Terra combo; however, black was an interior option for Brandywine. It’s not common, but I have seen a couple Brandywines for sale with black interiors. Terra, IMO, looks much better. It’s a more attractive contrast.

The Brandywine is gorgeous! I thought about that color when I ordered mine, but ending up buying blue with terra. Good luck!

Get it. It's the best '16+ color. That's what I have. :bounce2:

Thank you all! I found a one owner 2016 with 56k miles for $56k. I’d be trading my 4Runner TRD Pro in Army Green and getting $4k more for it than what I paid. I want the power, mainly, but the 200 is just an awesome car anyway.
