Everyone who's posted must be lying! I average 10.5 mpg city and 12.5 mpg hwy.

They are ALL LYING!!!

I get 9-10 city and 11-12 hwy..... :bang:

Drives me nuts. Might think about the SC if it will improve it dramatically!

11.5 avg
17.5 highway with a light foot.

YA'LL LIARS!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::bang::bang::bang:

Detailed history of my 2013 is attached. After 9013 miles, I have averages 16.9 MPG. My in town average (SWAG) is in the 13 range.

September 2012 mileage was dominated by a trip from Charlotte, NC to Steamboat, CO and back.

I've only got 950 miles on mine so far, but it's averaging about 14 mpg commuting to work 20 miles. It started out at 10-11mpg for the first couple of tanks, and then has been ticking up steadily with the next couple. I hope/expect it to be about 15mpg in mixed driving.

Please let me live in denial!!!!

Maybe you should develop some better (i.e., more mileage friendly) driving practices. I've tracked my mileage in a spreadsheet for the past four years, so I know what the vehicle is averaging. I simply drive in a manner that's conducive to the mileage I'm stating. I certainly don't appreciate being called a liar.

You are kidding right ? You really took what I was saying as calling you a liar???

Ummmmm ok then

Yeah, I guess I must've misread those statements. Silly me.

You are kidding right? You are serious???

HS.....find some humor and here is a new word for you. It's called sarcasm!!!

Not much change for me at ~35k miles.

Five most recent fill-ups:
14.26
14.54
12.60
12.24
14.50

Average over ~1200 miles: 13.63 mpg. Mostly in town driving.

I guess you didn't get my sarcasm. I'll try to use more rolling eyes emoticons in the future. In the meantime, I'm wondering why you get such bad mileage in your 200?

he's ditched the aerodynamic bumpers for road warrior steel and jacked it up 2 inches.

and i'm jealous.

That would probably explain it. Thanks. Those are worthy upgrades, but they definitely come at a price...one reason I haven't done much with my 200. My F350 seems to get the upgrades, but it doesn't even notice a little extra weight or drag here and there.

Update - I drove the 200 all around yesterday and tried out various speeds on cruise control. I get approx 20mpg when cruising at 60-65mph. Drops to 15-16 at 80-85mph. Overall cruising from Austin to Luling to Round Rock was a lil over 16 mixed.

with the right condtions and a careful foot, i can see 20 mpg (once averaged 22 for a long stretch of road, but had a nice tailwind and was heading down river).

I've got 20k on a 2013. I run non ethanol as much as possible or 93 if not available. At 1900 rpms I get about 20 mph. 2150 I get 18. In town is 15 or less. That's on the factory michelins with light cargo.

I have finally figured out how to get amazing MPG out of our 2011 Land Cruiser:

Step One: Fill our truck at the highest possible altitude you can obtain.
Step Two: Proceed down hill 10-15 miles without touching the gas.
Step Three: Take this picture at the bottom of the pass while your wife calls you a loser in front of the kids.
