How about the internal vanes of the smog pump for us emissions dominated Cruisers, ( Oh how I just LOVE California ) the vanes are carbon I beleive, it would be nice that way we could rebuild the ones we have instead of buying high priced dealership only parts.

What's the temperature that the blades see?
I doubt i'd want a 3d printed abs part spinning inside.
I have a spare switch blank I can send for someone to make a CAD drawing of it.

I'd love to have a dash surround without the ash tray or crap pocket.
3D printed parts I'd like to see:
1. reproductions of the interior rear hatch release knob.
2. a factory looking piece to replace the radio with gauges.
3. a factory looking piece to replace the ash tray with a 2 lighter sockets and 2 or 4 USB ports, and a switch or two if there's room left.
4. Factory looking full lengths front door pockets.
5. Clips to screw (with nutserts) to the inside of the rear pillars (or windshield pillars, I guess) that would hold a maglite or mini-maglite. Would the plastic you are printing with be strong enough for a 5D maglite?
6. windshield spray nozzles that use the same mount but have a better spray pattern than the stock ones.
7. upper console (roof console), at least large enough for sunglasses and LED maplights that uses the factory mirror and its mounting holes.
8. plastic cover to snap on top of a 8274 winch to protect it and the rope from the elements. If the plastic won't deteriorate in the sun.
9. IH8mud logo low profile battery terminal covers
Others may want to see:
10. the ashtray replaced with a blank trim panel they can cut for digital displays, a ham radio, a mount for GPS, etc
11. upper console - large enough for sunglasses, maplights and a fold-down GPS, or a CB speaker and mic holder, or HAM radio.
12. nice looking bezels for the doors to hold aftermarket switches for power locks and power windows.

I'll CAD up the blanks this weekend. I have Agee spare ones lying around. The 3d printer I use is a abs layer type. Which means the parts looks like wood grain and layers around corners and stuff. Maybe we should machine them out of black delrin.

Side vents in front and rear might be a cool option. I guess any small plastic piece would be useful to at least cad up (door locks, dash switches and knobs, etc.)

I know that... but THIS part could be enough of a money maker to pay for all of the other stuff that is not so rare and/or expensive to replace with new/used.
Is it really worthwhile to print plastic pieces for a 60 series that are a dime a dozen on the used market?
I was clarifying your post. I personally would not want a chrome painted plastic hood ornament. It'd be a lot better reproduced in Aluminum.

How many do you need?...
Here is my offer to get the community kick started on creating cad models of what we need.
Anyone that submits a model that will fit on a makerbot. I will print you as many pieces for personal use( within reason) in any color that I have (I have access to lots).
They will have to licensed open source and you will allow me to upload them to thingiverse (you can do that also).
So. Whomever designs the plate, posts the file, if it prints, I'll send you the part. (If you want to cover shipping that would be nice)

Hard to tell just by eyeballing, but it looks like a heater/AC control surround could fit into it. Might be able to pull off a gauge/stereo surround if it were split into two pieces, but otherwise that'd likely be way too long.
How strong is the product that comes out of them? Would it be strong enough for repeated installation and removal over time? If not, that's why I was thinking the 3D printed copy would make a great prototype for having aluminum replacements made for the dash plastic (and the steering column cover/trim too, which mine is shot).

Only thing I can think of is: I would like the alternator brushes U-shape to be made: (left side of the rubber ring)
When the brushes are worn the lights go on, you remove the plastic square in 5 minutes and the 2/3 extra mm cover a few months charging while you search for replacement brushes.
The square is plastic and breaks (brittle?)
I need this part to get the original trial fix ready for when the new ones need replacement in about 200.000 km...
part is not sold seperatly as far as I know, if you need more info I can try but I need an undamaged one to take measurements.
This part is so simple (perfect for 3d I think?) and all cruisers should have them because it changes the car from stranded to moving.
Driving/starting without charging at night is a quick downhill thing.
