Freehand?
I’ve been told my grandfather could rip logs end to end with a chainsaw. The double ended chainsaw, with 48” bar, he had is likely still in my uncle’s basement.
Hell no. I’m doing it the way my great great great.. grandfather did when he settled here back in 1620.

maybe a little more drunk though.

I even look a bit like him I’m told.

That's a slow way to make bark mulch

I have one broad axe, but turns out it's a lefty. I really need to get the other one. Could hang it upside down but that's kinda hokey.

I do have a big old adze tho. Aka shin wrecker

Sooooo as it happens, I need some new tail lights for my trailer.

The dismount was not kind to one of mine...used the tractor to hoist the tongue up almost vertical.

f***er still wouldn't slide off.

Weighs a pound or two I think.

After that tail light squishing episode I ordered a new set.

Housings are pretty solid.

I’m thinking I need a cargo net for the trailer 4x8ish mesh about 2inch or less, strong enough to strap down.

A yard of soil today.

The best trailer tarp I ever had was a trampoline “tarp”. Loops to tie down everywhere, breathable, virtually indestructible, and it was free.

Today…

All you’d have to do is figure out what to do with all the scrap metal and springs.

Here’s my favourite Heavy Duty light weight trailer. Ryan can attest to how bomb proof they are.

I sometimes regret

Based on the stake holes I believe they were originally designed to work with oak

For camping they’d be perfect if you’re 5’9”… but there’d suck for someone 6’4” :D
