New H55F, clutch parts and timing belt/water pump kit from my amigos over at Cruiser Outfitters. @cruiseroutfit Top notch crew Kurt has in Utah.

Engine bay disassembly…. No stones will be left unturned with this refresh. We are going for factory or better at every turn using only the best parts…

Engine bay power washing and block flushing of easily 20 year old nasty ass coolant.

Just ordered up an ARB front bumper from Cruiser Outfitters and a bunch of other parts still to come…

Taking care of the BEBs while we are at it….

Always replace the studs, washer/grommet and nuts when removing the intake manifold…

Lots of oil in this intake. Ugh…

Off to media blast and powder coat tomorrow.

Injectors out…. All will be replaced. Don’t forget to remove the injector nozzle gaskets and the injector seats. Don’t reuse those.

OEM Nippon Denso injectors.

New ones only say Denso on them since ND changed their corporate name in the early 2000’s.

I tried being all careful taking apart the exhaust to make it easier to copy when making the new 3".... About 5 min into it my sawsall was calling my name from its box and helped my finish the job the smart way LOL
