The Silver Bullet
Thought I'd start a build thread for the silver Bullet as its stock at the moment.
Getting it ready for a road worthy tommorow. So this weekend I fitted all new old man emu bushes, and front anti inversion shackles and new rear shocks. Was going to fit greasable pins but the old man emu ones dont fit! The offset 12mm head bolt doesnt line up and the larger diameter alignment part is 46mm instead of the required 51mm bit pissed off.
Also trialed my 35'' Pedes today, unfortunately they hit the exhaust.
Plans are move diff forward about 40mm for clearance. I have some sagged 4'' springs for the front which will be about 2'' with the winch and bar work. And I will fit the rear springs from the Red barron to this which will be about 2'' lift with stock shackles. I will complement this with a 1'' body lift I think for tyre clearance at the front. Sound like a good idea?
